Hotel Casa Mallorca - Cancun

The owners were hospitable, waiting for me at 4 AM for my taxi after a long travel day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a shared bathroom that was very clean. A good café on-site served fantastic coffee and grilled vegetables for breakfast. The lack of a shuttle service and some noise from nearby street life were minor inconveniences.

A huge variety of local food at breakfast time. Large and cheap rooms with excellent toiletries, comfortable stay! Particularly good location on a main square, private parking onsite. Really close to downtown Cancun and ADO station, and the bus station, Zona Hotelera, and the beach...

we did not want to leave there and would stay here again. everything was nice in the hotel. location: the property was near to the centro. had tea and goodies at place de paris, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. the employees at the venue were superbly friendly.

Couples perfect retreat

The owners are very nice they went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Also the breakfast was fresh and really nice with fruit and pastries every morning.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what you get it's totally fair.

The location of the property was perfect and convenient as we were so close to a main square with tons of food stands, and the ferry terminal.

Very clean, very friendly. Shops aren't far.

the hotel was in a fantastic spot, making it easy to walk to charming parks like urbano kabah and also enjoy authentic dining experiences at nearby restaurants such as los abuelos campestre, just a few steps away.

I had a wonderful experience with the lovely café that served up fantastic coffee every morning and the peaceful outdoor space perfect for lounging. It was a treat to unwind in the garden while taking in the soothing atmosphere. The only minor issue was the slightly low water pressure in the shower, but it didn't take away from my stay 🌺

The hotel was lovely and perfectly clean. Even offering dog-friendly accommodations. We enjoyed a good breakfast and the kids loved exploring the nearby coffee shop. The serene atmosphere enhanced our family experience.

My kids wished for a bit more open space to play.

This place was a commendable fit for a short break in Cancun with fantastic value for money. The owner was super friendly and arranged our airport pickup seamlessly, which took a lot of stress off our arrival. Make sure to check the bus schedule if you plan to explore the beach.

Fantastic AC and super clean room, but breakfast isn't included. Cheap nearby cafe makes up.

The room was very clean, but low water pressure in the shower was disappointing.
